How to take money out of Hata to your bank
Add a bank account or DuitNow, withdraw ringgit from RM10, arrival in 0 to 12 hours, the RM250,000 daily limit, why a status says Pending, and when to open a ticket.
Quick answer
- Sell your crypto first, then go to Wallet → Fiat (MYR) → Withdraw.
- The first time, add a bank account in your own name. Hata verifies it within up to 1 business day.

Before you start: sell into ringgit
Withdrawals to a bank are for ringgit only. If your money is in crypto, sell it first. Ringgit from a sale goes straight into your MYR wallet.
First time: add a bank account
Wallet → Fiat → MYR → Withdraw → Add New Bank Details. Enter the bank account name and number. Hata only allows your own MYR bank account, and will take up to 1 business dayHata verifies a new bank account: up to 1 business day to verify it.
You can also add DuitNow using the MyKad number registered with Hata, as long as your bank has already set up a DuitNow ID for that MyKad.

- Add New Bank Details. The name and number of a bank account in your name. Hata verifies it within up to 1 business day.
- Type the amount. Type the amount. RM10 minimum; below that the app says "Minimum withdrawal amount is 10.00 MYR". The RM250,000 daily limit shows underneath.
- Confirm the details. Check the account and amount, including the fee shown, then Confirm.
- Security verification. Enter the 2FA code or use a passkey.
- Wait 0 to 12 hours. A Pending status means the request is queued. Most arrive quickly; outside banking hours it may take longer.

Hata says ringgit withdrawals take 0 to 12 hours to reach your bank, and most are quick.
It's late at night right now. Most withdrawals still go through, but those needing a manual check may wait for the next business day: Wed, 23 Sep 2026.
Withdrawals only go to a bank or DuitNow account in your name that Hata has verified (a new account: up to 1 business day).
Open a ticket via Contact Support if it hasn't arrived after 12 to 24 hours.
Why the status says “Pending”
Pending means the request has been received and is waiting in the queue. The usual reasons:
- Security and compliance checks. These are part of how a registered exchange works.
- Banks are closed. On weekends, public holidays or late at night, some transactions have to be processed manually during the next working hours.
- Long queues when many people are withdrawing at the same time.
When to open a ticket
Wait up to 12 hours first. If it has been more than 12 to 24 hours and the status is still Pending, open a ticket through Contact Support. Attach a screenshot of the transaction, the date and the amount.
