Who needs Hata Global
Hata Malaysia is already enough to buy, sell, Auto-Invest and stake in ringgit. Hata Global is only for people who really need one of these:

What Hata Global is
Hata Global is licensed by the Labuan FSA (Labuan Financial Services Authority)Hata Global regulator: Labuan FSA (Labuan Financial Services Authority), not by the SC. How to apply
If you really do need Hata Global, the official application form is at applyglobal.hata.io. The form is for users who already have a verified Hata Malaysia account. The form asks for:
- Your full name.
- Your Hata User ID or Hata account email.
- An email OTP code (tap Get Code).
- A tick to confirm that you already have a Hata account.
- A reverse enquiry declaration: you are requesting access to Hata Global on your own initiative, not because of a promotion or persuasion.
- Permission to share your personal data with Hata Global for identity verification and compliance.
- Agreement to the Hata Global Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Risk Warning.
After you submit, Hata reviews the application and sends an email when it is approved.
Switching platforms in the app
Once you are approved, open the Hata app, tap the Profile icon at the top left or the flag at the top right, choose Platform, and choose Hata Global. The app reloads into the Hata Global dashboard. Do the same thing to go back to Hata Malaysia.
USD through SWIFT

Moving crypto between the two platforms

How do I get Hata Global?
Once your Hata Malaysia account is verified, you fill in Hata Global's official application form yourself. The form asks you to declare that you are requesting access on your own initiative. Once approved, switch platform in the app via Profile → Platform.

Why does the form ask about "reverse enquiry"?
Hata Global is licensed in Labuan, not by the SC for the ordinary Malaysian market. So Malaysians may only use it if they ask for it themselves. That's why this site doesn't promote Hata Global; it only answers when you ask.
