Hata Rewards Hub: Where Your 10% Rebate Shows Up and When It Is Paid

Where to look

Tap the Profile icon at the top left, then choose Rewards. This screen is called Rewards Hub, and it has three tabs:

Overview: the Enter a code box for adding a code, plus Hata’s running campaigns.
Affiliate Programme: the Your Trade Rebates line is the 10% rebate you get for using a code.
Buddy Bonus: a notice that the old programme has ended.

Hata’s help centre still uses the old names Referral Rewards and Enter Code. In the app today the labels are Rewards and Enter a code.

The Overview tab in Rewards Hub. If you didn't enter a code at sign-up, type AF01JCMFAA here and tap Submit, within 30 days of signing up.

When and how the rebate is paid

How much: 10% of your own trading fees, for Spot and Instant Buy/Sell.
When: monthly, automatically, into your Crypto Wallet.
Currency: it follows the currency of the fee. A fee in crypto means a rebate in crypto. A fee in MYR means a rebate in MYR.
Maker orders (0% fee): no rebate, because there is no fee.

Not entered a code yet?

If it has not been 30 days since you registered, and you have never used a Buddy Bonus code:

Tap the Profile icon at the top left and choose Rewards.
In the Overview tab, type AF01JCMFAA in the Enter a code box.
Tap Submit.

Your own code

The Affiliate Programme tab explains how it works: a friend who registers with your code gets a 10% rebate on their trading fees, and you get 10% of their trading fees. To share your own code, the Profile menu has a Refer a friend option. Codes cannot be sold or transferred.

Buddy Bonus: ended

Buddy Bonus 2.0 (BTC rewards for completing tasks) has ended. Buddy Bonus codes stopped being valid from 7 Sep 2026, and the programme ended on 14 Sep 2026, 12:00 PM (GMT+8). Any rewards still owed are paid automatically. The old codes in Daus’s videos (130421 and HAU1857) are from this period.

Hata says it is designing a new referral programme. When there is one, Daus will put it on the reward page.

Rebate not showing up

Wait until the start of the next month.
Check the Your Trade Rebates line in the Affiliate Programme tab.
Make sure you have trades that carry a fee (not 0% maker).
If there is still nothing after a month, open a ticket through Contact Support.

What do I get for using the code?

A 10% rebate on your own trading fees (Spot and Instant Buy/Sell), paid monthly and automatically into your Crypto Wallet. It isn't free cash. Maker trades with a 0% fee earn nothing, since there's no fee.

No. Buddy Bonus codes stopped working for new sign-ups on 7 Sep 2026, and the programme ended on 14 Sep 2026 at 12:00 PM. Pending rewards are paid automatically.

My rebate hasn't arrived.

The rebate is paid monthly, so wait until early next month. Make sure the code really went in (check under Profile → Rewards) and that you had trades that paid a fee. If nothing after a month, open a ticket through Contact Support.
